Looking for more resources to help get your fundraising jump started? Look no further!

Thank you for creating your Tee Up for Kids fundraising page! Whether you are fundraising as an individual or as part of a team, we are grateful that you have committed to help us extend the reach of our mission. The dollars raised during this fundraiser will allow us to continue and grow our mentorship programs. Below are some quick tips and resources to help make your campaign a success. We want to make sure you have all of the resources you need to meet your fundraising pledge. So always feel free to reach out with any questions.

You can access the full fundraising toolkit here, but below are a few tips to help get you started. 

  1. Set a goal. How much did you pledge? Don’t be shy - be ambitious! You may be surprised how much your friends and family members want to help you reach your goal.
  2. Be consistent. Plan on posting/emailing about your fundraiser at least once a week. Facebook and other platforms make it easy to pre-scheduling posts if you are worried about remembering each week.
  3. Make it personal. While we have provided many templates to help get you started, help your fundraiser stick out by adding in your own personal details. Share why BBBS is important to you and tag your own mentors in your posts.
  4. Say thanks! As the donations start rolling in, take a minute to thank your donors. Either publicly or privately (whichever you think they would prefer).
