Support inclusive access and success for students with disabilities at UBC Okanagan through the Disability Resource Centre’s (DRC) Student Empowerment Fund. This fund expands mentorship, coaching and accessibility support, helping students build confidence, strengthen skills and thrive academically. 

Programming at the DRC fosters connection and community. It helps students learn about resources, meet peers and feel a sense of belonging from day one. Thanks to Giving Day donors, we were able to expand bursary support for students with disabilities from one student to nine in a single year, demonstrating the powerful impact of collective generosity.
