Who We Are

Big Brothers Big Sisters is all about creating life-changing friendships. We match awesome volunteers (Bigs) with youth (Littles), ages 5-18, to help them reach their full potential. Our professional team makes sure every match is a great fit and provides ongoing support. We serve 5 counties in Southern Minnesota; Steele, Rice, Dodge, Waseca and Olmsted (NEW in 2024!).

How Does Bowling Make a Difference?

How Do We Make the Perfect Match?

Becoming a Big isn’t just about signing up—it’s about finding the right fit! We carefully screen and match volunteers with Littles based on personality, interests, and location.

In our Community-Based program, the answer is simple. Anything they enjoy! Whether it’s grabbing ice cream, playing basketball, or just hanging out, it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.
