We've built one of the strongest rugby traditions in the country, winning five of the first seven Canadian University Men's Rugby Championships. This past season, we claimed national bronze with a win over rival Victoria, retained the Wightman Boot, and finished second in the BC Premier League before reaching the semifinals. With a strong squad returning and nationals coming to BC this November, we're ready to push even further. 

Your gift to Back the ’Birds helps strengthen our annual schedule, funding travel to face elite opponents across North America, including Cal Berkeley in February 2027 for a home-and-home rivalry series dating back to 1921. The winner, based on aggregate score, claims the World Cup.
