We finished the season with a 6-3-3 record and pushed for the Canada West title until the final day of competition, falling just short in a winner-take-all finale. Thunderbird Laurien Bruijning was named U SPORTS Rookie of the Year, marking the second straight year a T-Bird has claimed the national honour, and four players earned Canada West All-Star selections. With 11 Academic All-Canadians and a legacy that includes 19 national championships and 25 Canada West titles, we’re proud to be one of the most decorated programs in Canadian university sport.

Your support through Back the ’Birds helps provide scholarships for our student-athletes, reducing financial pressure so they can focus on training, competition and their academic commitments.
